Are your products intended for human use?
No. All our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research use by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for human consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as medicines or food supplements.
What is your Lot Disclosure Policy?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for each lot. Lot certificates are listed on our CoA page, and independent laboratory (Janoshik Analytical) reports are available for several lots. To request the COA for a specific lot, email contact@axionresearchpeptides.com with your order number and lot number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Orders are paid by invoice. After you place an order, we send an invoice through Mercury, which you can pay by credit or debit card or by ACH bank transfer. Invoices are due within 2 days of issue, and unpaid orders are cancelled after the due date. Your order is processed after payment is confirmed.
Do you deliver to my region?
We ship within the United States and worldwide. Customs duties, taxes and import compliance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot ship to addresses where the purchase of research materials is prohibited.
What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns. The only refund we offer is if an independent laboratory test of your product does not match the Certificate of Analysis for that lot. See our Return and Refund Policy.
What is the delivery time?
Orders whose invoice payment is confirmed before 12:00 PM MT ship the same business day; later payments ship the next business day. Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by destination, and customs duties, taxes and import compliance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx.
How are products stored and shipped?
Follow the storage instructions on the product label and documentation. Products are lyophilized powders and are shipped in thermal (insulated) packaging to maintain the integrity of the peptides.
Can I place orders for my institution?
Yes, we serve universities, biotechnology laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and qualified independent researchers. For institutional or large-volume orders, please contact us for special conditions.
Are the products authentic and of high quality?
Yes, we only work with qualified suppliers, and all lots undergo rigorous quality control. Each product is verified for purity (typically ≥97-98% by HPLC), identity (mass spectrometry), and sterility when applicable. We maintain full lot traceability.
