This policy applies to purchases made through axionresearchpeptides.com.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns. Because our products are sensitive research materials, no returns are accepted, and no restocking fees apply.

2. Refund Based on Independent Laboratory Testing

The only refund we offer is the following. If you have the product tested by an independent laboratory and the result does not match the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) we provided for that lot, you may contact us for a refund. Please email contact@axionresearchpeptides.com with:

• your order number;
• the lot number of the product; and
• the independent laboratory’s test report.

We may ask for the name of the laboratory and the test method used. If the report does not match the CoA for that lot, we will issue a refund.

We do not issue refunds based on research results or perceived efficacy.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible after delivery at contact@axionresearchpeptides.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work with the carrier on the claim. See also Shipping and Returns.

4. Payment Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge so that we can try to resolve the issue.
